The mission of Kinetic Strength Personal Training is to lead clients through desired body recomposition, performance, and mental health improvements. We achieve this through strength training, corrective exercise, pain management, and mobility training.
Progress should be quantifiable. My clients have access to their online personal files and lifting logs. The most important reason I track my clients workouts is to keep myself and them accountable and demonstrate improvement, or adjust variables when something is not working. Other variables are also tracked depending on the goals of the client.
